THE RAIN ROSENFELD TEAM

Rain and Summer were the best. We really enjoyed working with them and their team. They were top notch, professional and always so responsive and available. A++

Summer was helpful and thorough, from securing an apartment, through managing the paperwork, to helping with the move-in process. Easy to work, pleasant and responsive.

We've worked with Rain for many years, and she has been an incredible realtor from start to finish. She first helped us rent out our condo in New Jersey for several years, and this year she helped us successfully sell it. Rain sold our property quickly and at a very desirable price. Her negotiation skills are outstanding, and she always had our best interests in mind throughout the entire process. Like many real estate transactions, we encountered several unexpected challenges along the way. Rain and her team were responsive, professional, and dedicated to keeping everything moving forward. Their experience and persistence made a stressful process much smoother for us. We truly appreciate all of their hard work and highly recommend Rain to anyone looking to buy, sell, or manage a property in New Jersey. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five stars!

Working with Summer was a pleasure. She was always responsive, professional and advocated for us during the purchase of our condo. We highly recommend her!

very informative- especially the property tax and estate planning segments. looking forward to the next seminar!

I do not have words to express how professional is Rain, and how easy it is to work with her. Many times I even forgot that I was with the stress of selling a property, because Rain made it so fast and simple for me, when I know its not an easy process. She is responsive, kind, empathetic. I praise her and her team because they are a jewel in Hudson county. My particular situation was a difficult one. I had a house in Weehawken and one in Morris county and I did not think they could sell the one in Morris county. ( or at least that it would not be easy). I can say that my family was very surprised how both houses sold in no time. I would recommend them highly.

Rain and Summer were fantastic to work with. Extremely professional and well informed about the markets we were looking at and even the specific buildings. They helped tremendously in our negotiation. I would highly recommend them for any real estate transaction whether you’re buying selling or renting or managing properties. They understand all sides of the transaction and everyone’s needs and requirements.

Rain and Summer were a pleasure to work with, very quick to get back to us. They knew the neighborhood and history of the building where we were searching. They were also very creative and helpful either way our negotiation. I would highly recommend them for any real estate related activity, buying or selling.

Summer was very responsive and friendly along the rental process - moving is stressful but she definitely made things easier
